Paris: “A Moveable Feast”

If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a movable feast.

–Ernest Hemingway

I  was browsing the book shelves the other day when I stumbled upon the classic Ernest Hemingway title A Movable Feast. Hemingway lived in the same area of Paris (and for a part of that time the exact same rue) that I have been getting to know so well these past few months, and since the novel covers his experiences here, I decided to pick it up and delve in! I’ll let you know how it’s going!
